Tom Brady is the best of this era

[WEEI] [NY Daily News] [Extra Points] [ESPN NFL Nation] [ESPN Boston] [NESN]

He's the best of this era. That's what I thought about when I watched last night's ballgame. He's the best we're going to see in a while. And he's right now about like a Joe Montana in 1990, who was the last QB's victorious when two teams this heavily loaded meet on Monday Night Football. And it was a similar rout.

Brady is better than Peyton Manning, he's better than Philip Rivers, he's better than anyone who has played in the last 10 years. The guy is a football prodigy. He's better than Brett Favre, that goes for in any stadium or in cold weather as well. The way that Tom Brady mastered throwing in the weather last night was a thing of beauty. Even if you're like me and you wanted the Jets to win.

The Patriots should be the favorite to win the Super Bowl. And it's because of Brady and Belichick. Like a magical conjunction. I think that as a fan of the NFL--we should all be upset that we can't see 15 more years of Tom Brady. He's absolutely amazing. And every time you think you have seen the best out of him, he comes back and does something else pretty special.

Last night it was a couple tutors teaching the students. The Jets were blown away, and this game wasn't really enjoyable from the onset. The Jets will be a 5th or 6th seed, while the Patriots will probably host home-field throughout the playoffs.
