The Cleveland Browns have played 14 games this season and are on the cusp of a Top-10 pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. At 5-9, the Browns are in a 5-way tie with San Francisco, Washington, Dallas and Houston. Much will need to be determined between now and the end of the season, but the Browns - with losses in their final two games - could be looking at the #7 pick in the Draft.
